  1. Dear Sir or Madame: I am very, very concerned. I have been working on getting this order delivered for several weeks. My credit card has been charged in full and I have not received my entire order. In addition, it has abnormally difficult to talk with anyone on chat or on the phone. Messages have been left. I have not received the pink trees I have ordered or the snowing trees. It really concerns me that my card has been charged in full, the order has not been received in full, and no one will email me and let me know what is going on.   2. Order # 002-2096158-0310664. I placed order dec 6. on the 7th got email it had shipped, tracking showed would arrive Dec 14. Then today the 14th got a email that it just left NY and will arrive the 12-21. No one can reach your phone numbers (no answer.) You asked before posting negative comments to contact you but HOW.????? I will be contacting Amazon and more if I get no response
